The portrayal of cannabis in recent history has stunted positive consumption in mainstream culture. It has kept cannabis stigmatized as rebellious and with low socioeconomic standing. The vision of Monroe Blvd is to counter this by promoting a productive, balanced, healthy and knowledgeable lifestyle infused with cannabis.
